About This Blog

This blog originally started as a post on my other blog The Realm of the Hunterseeker back in October 2007. Because of the overwhelming interest and the volume of information regarding that post it finally became necessary to make an entire blog in order to accommodate it all.

Back then I saw there was a need for this post and now this blog since I noticed the economy was taking a turn for the worse, not only in the states but worldwide as well. I noticed the mainstream media had a tendency to steer clear of mention of a recession and even more so regarding any mention of a possible economic depression. Since then oil prices have sky rocketed as have gas prices and with that the price of virtually everything else. Food riots have broken out in many parts of the world though the mainstream media does not focus on this.
I am no economist so I cannot speak with authority regarding our current economic situation. Instead I speak as a common man on the street, looking and observing, and what I have seen going on since 911 has caused me concern and has alarmed me increasingly as each day and each new event unfolds.

The purpose of this blog is to provide links to news sources that are not normally published by the mainstream media and contain information that would otherwise be over-looked. I search across the realm of the internet hunting and seeking these sources and the news they contain thus the name hunter-seeker. I also provide links to possible research sources. Those who have any questions should feel free to post them as a comment at the bottom.
